Shipping Policy
While every effort will be made to ship your order out on the same day, we generally have a 1-2 day processing time for shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on an estimate provided by Shopify. Orders over $100.00 qualify for free Economy shipping within the United States of America only. Effective 10/1/2025 residents of California, Alaska, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington State will be required to meet a $150 order threshold to qualify for free economy shipping due to rising costs of shipping the distance from GC Hobby to those states.
GCpulls Card Shop no longer covers shipping insurance. Shopify offers free coverage on orders totaling up to $200. Shipping insurance can be bought for orders totaling over $200 at a rate of 1% of your total order value.
International orders, including Canada, are not eligible for free shipping. Please create an account on our site that includes your Name, Number, Email, Shipping/Billing Address (Shipping and billing address must match) and then email us at gordon@gchobby.com to get a quote for an international order. We will then send you an invoice that includes shipping.
You are responsible for knowing your countries import laws and paying any import duties, taxes, tariffs, fees, etc. required by your country's government. GC Hobby does not offer "Deliver Duty Paid" shipping options.
Return Policy
All sales on sealed trading card products are final including but not limited to: booster boxes, booster bundles, booster packs, tins, promotional items, collector's boxes etc. Small rips, tears, corner wear/denting of products do not constitute damage and as such are not acceptable reasons for returning. Outside packaging is meant to protect the products inside the packaging. If you are purchasing an item for a sealed collection, then please email us beforehand and we will do our best to send you our best item available, but pristine condition is not guaranteed especially on items well past their release date.
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. If you have placed an order and you decide to cancel, please email us immediately at gcpullscards@gmail.com. There is a 6% order cancellation fee used to cover the processing fee of your initial order and the reversal due to order cancellation. Orders cancelled through no fault of the customer (out of stock, pricing error, listing error, etc.) will receive a full refund.
Graded cards can be returned for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee within 14 days of purchase provided the products are determined to be in like condition upon receipt of the returned item.
Please inspect your items upon receiving them and contact us immediately if there is a problem. Return shipping is provided by the customer.
Raw cards are not returnable.
